PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

The Service Provider manages data provided by the User for the following purposes only:

• Facilitating communication between seller and buyer and between Service Provider and User;
• Providing the Service Provider’s services in an effective, secure, and personalized manner;
• Facilitating contract formation, and sending newsletters and other marketing advertisements.

LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

The Service Provider’s data processing is based on the voluntary consent of the Users under Article 5(1)(a) of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information (hereinafter referred to as „Infotv”), as well as on Act CVIII of 2001 on Certain Aspects of Electronic Commerce Services and Information Society Services. The User consents to the data processing by using the Website and voluntarily providing the requested data.

DURATION OF DATA PROCESSING

Personal data provided during the registration process is processed from the time of registration until it is deleted. The User may request the deletion or modification of their registration at any time via the Contact menu. Upon receipt of such a request, the Service Provider will permanently delete the User’s personal data from its system, making it irretrievable. The deadline for data deletion is within three business days from the receipt of the deletion request.

The above provisions do not affect statutory retention obligations (e.g., the 8-year invoice retention obligation under accounting laws) or data processing based on further consents given (e.g., for newsletter subscriptions).
